What to Expect Through the Season

Our bouquets follow the natural rhythm of the growing season, changing week by week as new flowers come into bloom. Each bouquet is grower’s choice, thoughtfully designed with what’s freshest and most abundant in the fields that week. While exact flowers can’t be guaranteed, here’s a general sense of how the season unfolds:

Early Season (Spring to Early Summer)

The season begins with soft, airy, and fragrant blooms that celebrate the start of summer. Expect bouquets featuring:

  • Tulips (single, double, fringed, and specialty varieties)

  • Narcissus (daffodils)

  • Ranunculus

  • Stock

  • Larkspur

  • Foxglove

  • Campanula

These early bouquets tend to be lighter in color palette with delicate textures and a fresh-from-spring feel.

Mid-Season (Early to Midsummer)

As summer takes hold, bouquets become fuller, more colorful, and textural. This is when the fields truly come alive. You may see:

  • Lisianthus

  • Snapdragons (many colors and varieties)

  • Calendula

  • Didiscus

  • Matricaria

  • Amaranthus

  • Gomphrena

  • Ageratum

  • Basil (aromatic foliage varieties)

Bouquets during this time are lush, balanced, and perfect for everyday enjoyment or special occasions.

Late Season (Late Summer to Early Fall)

The season finishes strong with bold shapes, rich tones, and statement blooms. Expect dramatic, abundant bouquets featuring:

  • Dahlias (a wide range of colors, sizes, and forms)

  • Zinnias

  • Statice

  • Yarrow

  • Echinops

  • Dusty Miller

  • Eucalyptus

  • Tuberose (when available)

Late-season bouquets are often the most abundant, colorful, and show-stopping of the year.

A Note on Seasonality

Farming is beautifully unpredictable. Weather, temperature, and growing conditions all influence bloom timing and availability. By joining our CSA, you’re embracing the surprises of the season and enjoying flowers exactly as nature intended—fresh, local, and ever-changing.
