Are tubers, bulbs, and corms guaranteed?

Planting stock is a living product and performance depends on growing conditions, care, and environment. While we take care to provide healthy stock, we cannot guarantee growth or blooms.


What if I can’t see an “eye” on my tuber?

Eyes are not always visible at the time of shipment. Many varieties develop visible eyes only after warming or planting. Lack of a visible eye does not mean the tuber is non-viable.


Can I request a specific shipping date?

No. Shipping is scheduled to align with planting success and seasonal conditions. This ensures the best outcome for the plants and the grower.


Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of planting stock, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions, shipping details, and FAQs carefully before ordering.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.


Will the flowers look exactly like the photos?

Photos are representative of the variety. Color, size, and form may vary due to growing conditions, climate, soil, and seasonal factors.
