At Stem & Petal Farm, we ship tubers, bulbs, and corms seasonally, at the appropriate time for planting success—not immediately after an order is placed.

Because planting stock is a living product, shipping is carefully timed based on:

• Appropriate planting windows

Each product listing includes information about when that item will ship. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Orders containing multiple items may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise noted.

🚚 Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via tracked carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🌱 Weather & Regional Considerations

Shipping timing is designed for general planting success and does not account for every local microclimate. Customers are responsible for determining appropriate planting conditions in their region.

📦 Upon Arrival

Please open your package promptly upon delivery and inspect your planting stock. Tubers, bulbs, and corms may appear dormant, dry, or irregular in shape—this is normal.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
